Currently, Padoluxe offers shipping services to all addresses within the United States of America exclusively. We are dedicated to bringing better sleep to homes across the U.S.

2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

Once you place an order for your Padoluxe pillow, we dedicate time to meticulously process, quality-check, and carefully package your item before handing it over to our shipping carrier.

  • Our typical order processing time is 1 to 3 business days.

3. Order Cut-off Time

To ensure your order is processed on the same day, please place your order before 12:00 PM (Central Standard Time – CST). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Transit Time (Delivery in Transit)

After your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated time for your Padoluxe pillow to reach your doorstep is:

  • 3 to 5 business days (applicable for all destinations within the United States).

5. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Considering both our careful processing and the transit time, the total estimated time for you to receive your Padoluxe pillow, from the moment you place your order, is 4 to 8 business days.

6. Shipping Days

Orders are processed and shipped on Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. This ensures consistent and reliable delivery of your sleep comfort items.

7. Shipping Costs

To keep things simple and transparent for your convenience, Padoluxe applies a fixed shipping fee for all your pillow orders.

  • All orders are shipped for a flat rate of $5.95 USD across the entire United States.

This flat rate will be clearly displayed at your checkout page, ensuring no hidden costs for the delivery of your sleep comfort products.

8. Tracking Your Order

Once your Padoluxe pillow has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a unique tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the journey of your sleep solution directly online, from our facility to your home.

9. Damaged or Lost Orders

We carefully package each pillow to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, ready to bring you restful sleep. However, in the rare event that your Padoluxe pillow arrives damaged during transit or your order gets lost, please contact our dedicated customer support team within 7 days of receiving your item (or the expected delivery date for lost packages). We will work diligently with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the comfortable pillow you ordered.
